Poor Weather
We appreciate that some pupils do not want to ride in poor weather conditions - particularly if they're paying for the privilege. At KMS we are willing to postpone courses when the 3 day forecasts, prior to your course, are for poor conditions. Please tell us at the time of booking if you might want to take up this service. Naturally, our other bookings will be taken into account when re-scheduling the course.
Unavoidable change of plan
For pupils who are unable to attend the course as booked, we would naturally want as much notice as possible. We will do all we can to re-schedule - we want you to come - but we may make a small admin. charge.
Just didn't bother
Straightforward cancellations or non-attendance will result in the loss of the booking deposit.
If an advanced test has been booked we follow the policy of the test organisers. Please ask for details.
